So lame...don't care

So, once again, I am home alone. Carson and Dub went camping for THE NIGHT (???---seems a little much to me too). He had the itch to get Terry (a.k.a. our trailer) out for some winter camp action. Meet Terry:

I have to work tomorrow so I am at home, doing domestic things like crafting, cleaning and currently watching a Disney movie. As if I could possibly get ANY more lame, I am also writing this as my little buddy G (a.k.a. my cat Grayson) sits next to me, staring, meowing and purring so loud that my movie is being disrupted. He is dang cute though and such good company. So back to the title of this blog, what I am about to do is so lame...but I don't care...what can I say? I heart my little G man.

It's just another Tuesday night at the Taylor's. We both have a slight tickle in our throat. Boo to that. Long day at work for both of us as well. When I got home (LATE, due to a LATE patient who proceeded to dilly dally her way through her appointment and annoy me immensely), the very last thing in the world I wanted to do was to get suckered into a trip to the gym by my husband, which I was fully expecting. But I was pleasantly surprised and to my amazement, Carson wasn't feeling up to it either. We even made ourselves feel better about our decision by discussing the fact that 'it's not good to over exert yourself with exercise when you're sick'. So instead, on went the sweats, in went some laundry and on the stove went some GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES AND TOMATO SOUP. Holy goodness. I forgot how much I love this meal; we need to make this happen more often. And I'm pretty sure I say that every single time we make it. Dishes are done, fridge is full (thanks to my incredible husband who went to the store after work---LOVE him for that) and now I'm enjoying some cuddle time on the couch with my very talkative feline and watching some Biggest Loser. I am now realizing this probably is not the best show to watch when you skip out on your workout for the day. I feel an inkling of guilt now...just a SLIGHT inkling though. Two of our favorite shows are on tonight; Parenthood and Teen Mom. I love workout free, lazy Tuesdays with my sweet little family. I am one lucky girl!
